This is a recipe that help get the extra fat you need on the keto diet and also curbs your sweet tooth!! Enjoy!! Ingredients 1/2 cup organ tic coconut oil 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder 2 packets Stevia or any other sweetener you prefer 1/4 tsp. Salt 10-15 chopped Marcona Almonds 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Steps Mix coconut oil, almond butter in a microwave safe bowl or sauce pan and heat till just melted. If using the microwave I would only do 30 seconds. Next add the cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and sweetener and wisk together well. Place a few chopped almonds into silicone molds of your choice then pour mixture till full. Top with a small pinch more of sea salt and put in the refrigerator or freezer till they are set!!! Ingredients Cinnamon chips: 6 10" flour tortillas 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Olive oil spray Fruit salsa: 1 granny Smith apple 1/2 cup diced honey dew melon 1/2 lb strawberries 1/2 lb raspberries 1-2 tbs preserves (I used raspberry) 1 lemon Steps Preheat oven to 350°.
