Keto Chicken Pie


The BEST chicken pot pie that is perfect for the keto diet! Try making this easy low carb chicken pot pie for any weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp extra Virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 teaspoons allspice
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • Half cup chopped green onion
  • 2 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup peas
  • 3 cups rice cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Taste of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Curry


Steps

  1. Chopped boneless chicken add salt pepper old spice Turmeric set for half hour to suck all the spices
